You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you purchase for a company, employer, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Before purchase, review the offer page, price, included files or services, system requirements, license description, and refund terms. If a product-specific offer conflicts with these general terms, the more specific written term shown for that product controls for that purchase.

Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, digital-product purchases are one-time payments and not subscriptions. Applicable taxes, if collected, and the final total are displayed before you place the order.

You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the confirmed amount. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and an order confirmation or access notice is issued. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a clear pricing error, fraud signal, duplicate transaction, or technical failure that prevents fulfillment.

Promotional prices apply only during the stated offer period. A later price change does not change the price of a completed order.

Digital files, access links, or account instructions are normally delivered to the email supplied at checkout after successful payment. You are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible email address and checking spam or promotions folders.

If delivery does not arrive or a supplied file is incomplete, contact support so we can resend access or investigate. Relevant order, access, and download records may be used to troubleshoot delivery, prevent fraud, or respond to a transaction dispute; they are not conclusive where the record is demonstrably incorrect.

Compatibility requirements are described on the relevant offer page. Power BI Desktop requires a supported Windows environment. Microsoft Power BI and other third-party software or licenses are not included unless the offer expressly says so. Future product updates are included only where the specific offer states that they are.

We grant the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for the permitted purposes. Ownership of the source assets does not transfer to you.

You may

• Customize templates, layouts, themes, DAX measures, and design assets for your own reporting work.
• Use the materials in internal reports for your employer.
• Use the materials to create and deliver finished Power BI reports for paying clients.
• Export and share finished reports, screenshots, or presentation outputs as part of legitimate work.

You may not

• Sell, sublicense, share, upload, publish, or give away the editable source files or access links.
• Include the source assets in a competing template library, course, membership, marketplace listing, or downloadable product.
• Allow multiple independent users, contractors, or clients to reuse the source library under one personal purchase.
• Remove ownership notices in order to present the original source product as your own.
• Use the materials to train or build an AI model, dataset, or competing automated asset generator without written permission.

If a team needs shared source access, contact us for an appropriate team license or quote.

Power BI For Everyone and its licensors retain all rights in the original product materials, including PBIX files, layouts, theme files, datasets, DAX or Power Query examples, prompts, icons, documentation, video, training materials, branding, and website content.

Your own data, brand assets, original analysis, and original modifications remain yours. Using a template does not give us ownership of your business data or client deliverables. Third-party names and marks, including Microsoft and Power BI, belong to their respective owners; Power BI For Everyone is an independent business unless an offer expressly states an official relationship.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials, license keys, and private download links secure. Notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

We may investigate patterns reasonably indicating fraud, public link sharing, resale, or material license abuse. Security controls must be applied proportionately and relevant account or delivery information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Where you purchase academy or community access, the offer page describes the included modules, access period, support level, challenges, Q&A sessions, recordings, tenant access, coaching, badges, and certificate requirements. Results depend on participation and application; no employment, salary, certification-exam outcome, or business result is guaranteed.

Live sessions may be recorded where disclosed. Community participation must be professional and lawful. Do not share another member’s confidential information, copyrighted material, login access, or recordings outside the permitted space. We may moderate or remove content and may restrict access for harassment, spam, illegal activity, or serious community-rule violations.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, security, and permissions relating to data you connect to a template or use in a report. Do not send confidential or personal data to support unless necessary and appropriately protected.

Templates, examples, and educational material are productivity resources, not legal, accounting, financial, security, or other regulated professional advice. Validate calculations, measures, access permissions, row-level security, refresh behavior, and business conclusions before relying on or publishing a report.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and any product-specific promise displayed at checkout. The Ultimate Power BI Templates Bundle currently includes a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on the terms stated in that policy.

Please contact support first about non-delivery, duplicate charges, billing errors, or refund requests. We may provide relevant order, delivery, license, and communication records to a payment provider when responding to a dispute. Nothing in these terms prevents you from reporting an unauthorized charge or using a remedy available under mandatory law or your payment-provider agreement.

The website and products may depend on services operated by others, including Microsoft Power BI, payment processors, checkout providers, email systems, course platforms, community tools, and cloud hosting. Their own terms, availability, and privacy practices apply to their services.

We are not responsible for a third party changing, suspending, or discontinuing its software or service. Where a change materially affects a current paid service we control, we will make a reasonable effort to offer a practical workaround, replacement, or other remedy required by law.

Except for express promises stated in an offer and rights that cannot legally be excluded, digital materials are supplied “as is.” We do not promise that every asset will fit every dataset, organization, Power BI version, or business objective without customization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power BI For Everyone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or data loss arising from your use of a product. For claims relating to a paid product, our aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury, failure to supply conforming digital content, or mandatory consumer remedies.

You may stop using a product at any time. We may suspend access while investigating fraud, a security threat, payment reversal, public redistribution, or a serious license or community violation.

We may terminate a license for a material breach that is not corrected after reasonable notice, or immediately where the breach is fraudulent, illegal, creates a security risk, or involves deliberate redistribution. On termination for breach, you must stop using and sharing the affected source materials. Rights in completed client deliverables and provisions intended to survive termination remain subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Power BI For Everyone’s operations in Luxembourg, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Before formal proceedings, both sides are encouraged to attempt a good-faith resolution by email. This does not prevent either side from seeking urgent relief, meeting a legal deadline, contacting a regulator or consumer-protection body, or bringing a claim before a court available under mandatory law. We do not require consumers to waive class rights or accept mandatory private arbitration through these terms.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms will continue to apply.

These Terms, the product offer and order confirmation, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy form the agreement for your purchase and use of the service.

Terms may be updated prospectively when products, business practices, or legal requirements change. The terms accepted for a completed one-time purchase will not be rewritten retroactively in a way that materially reduces your acquired rights. Changes to an ongoing service will be communicated where required, and the “Last updated” date will identify the current version.
