Welcome to Power BI For Everyone. By accessing this website, completing a purchase, or downloading any of our digital products, you ("the Customer") enter into a binding agreement with Power BI For Everyone ("the Company", "we", "us") and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not complete a purchase or use our products.

1. Digital Products & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate digital access to your purchased files via the email address provided at checkout. Due to the nature of digital delivery, once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or the license key has been activated, the service is considered fully rendered and delivered. It is the Customer's responsibility to:

• Provide a valid, accessible email address at checkout.
• Check spam, junk, and promotional folders if delivery emails are not immediately visible.
• Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase if delivery issues occur.

Delivery is logged with a timestamp, IP address, and download record. These logs constitute proof of delivery for any subsequent dispute. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on our 30-day guarantee.

2. License Grant & Usage

Restrictions: You may NOT resell, sub-license, distribute, share, upload to public repositories, or "give away" the source files (PBIX, JSON, or assets) themselves. You may NOT bundle our templates as part of your own competing template store or product. You may NOT use our materials to train artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, or large language models without express written permission.

Violation of these license terms results in immediate revocation of your license, termination of access, and may result in legal action to recover damages.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included in our products, including but not limited to DAX measures, UI designs, theme files, color systems, layout frameworks, prompts, video tutorials, and PDF guides, is the exclusive property of Power BI For Everyone and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse-engineering of the source code or design frameworks is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Account Responsibility & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, license keys, or download links provided to you. Sharing access with unauthorized parties is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to revoke access immediately if we detect:

• Multiple simultaneous downloads from different IP addresses or geographic regions.
• Distribution of files or links on torrent sites, file-sharing platforms, or unauthorized communities.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or false identity information at checkout.

5. Payment, Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or other accepted processors). You agree that the transaction is final upon successful payment and product delivery, subject only to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through our support channels constitutes a material breach of this agreement. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to:

• Submit comprehensive evidence to the payment processor, including delivery logs, IP addresses, download timestamps, communication history, and these signed Terms.
• Immediately revoke all licenses, access, and entitlements associated with the disputed purchase.
• Permanently blacklist the Customer's email, name, and payment information from any future transactions with Power BI For Everyone.
• Recover any chargeback fees, administrative costs, and lost revenue through collections agencies or legal proceedings.
• Report fraudulent dispute activity to relevant fraud databases and merchant networks.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products, website, or services in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of Power BI For Everyone or any third party.
• Attempts to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harasses, abuses, or threatens our staff, support team, or other customers.
• Misrepresents the origin of our materials or removes copyright/attribution notices.

7. No Professional Advice

The information and templates provided are for educational and productivity purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Power BI For Everyone is not responsible for any business decisions, financial decisions, or operational outcomes made based on the data visualized using our templates. It is your responsibility to validate the accuracy of your own data, calculations, and the suitability of the templates for your specific use case.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the templates will meet your specific requirements, that they will be compatible with all versions of Power BI software, or that the operation of Power BI itself will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Power BI For Everyone, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our digital assets, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Power BI For Everyone, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of our products; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through our platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products and services at any time, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our products is immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of and destroy all copies of our materials. Termination does not entitle the Customer to a refund except as specifically provided in our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith direct communication via email for a period of at least 30 days. If direct resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of the Company's operating jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Power BI For Everyone.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Power BI For Everyone regarding your use of our products and services, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or representations, whether oral or written.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website and products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
