The Ultimate Power BI Templates Bundle includes a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. If the bundle is not right for you, you may request a full refund of the bundle price within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

The request must be sent within the 30-day window. We may ask what did not work so we can improve the product, but a particular reason is not required for an otherwise eligible first-time request.

If a timely request lacks information, we will ask for what is needed. The original request date remains the relevant date for the 30-day window as long as you reasonably cooperate with order verification.

The voluntary 30-day guarantee covers the price paid for the Ultimate Power BI Templates Bundle on the refunded order. It is available for a first good-faith purchase and refund request.

Refunding the bundle ends the associated license and access. You must stop using the source PBIX files, themes, datasets, icons, documentation, and other bundle materials, delete retained copies, and not use them in new work. Reports already delivered to a client or employer before a good-faith refund request do not need to be recalled, but the underlying source assets may not be reused.

The bundle’s voluntary 30-day guarantee does not automatically extend to separately priced products unless the checkout page or product offer expressly says that it does. This currently includes separately purchased order bumps or upsells such as the AI Power BI Prompts Masterpack and Power BI Release Validator.

Any product-specific refund promise shown at checkout will apply to that product. A label stating that an item is outside the voluntary guarantee does not remove any statutory remedy or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Products are digital content supplied without a physical medium and are normally delivered immediately. Where applicable consumer law provides a statutory withdrawal period, that right may end once immediate digital delivery begins only when the legal requirements are met, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right.

Regardless of whether a statutory withdrawal right has ended, the separate voluntary 30-day guarantee for the Ultimate Power BI Templates Bundle continues on the terms stated in this policy. Nothing here limits rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not supplied as required by mandatory law.

If you do not receive access, cannot open a supplied file, or believe the delivered files are incomplete, contact support. We may resend the delivery email, provide a replacement download, or help identify a compatibility issue.

Please review the stated system requirements before purchase. Power BI Desktop requires a supported Windows environment. A technical requirement does not cancel the bundle guarantee when a request is made within its 30-day window, but it may help us solve the issue without a refund if you prefer.

If the same product was purchased twice by mistake, or the amount charged differs from the confirmed checkout total, contact us promptly. Once verified, an accidental duplicate transaction or billing error will be corrected independently of the voluntary guarantee window.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within five business days. Unless required by law or agreed otherwise, refunds cannot be routed to a different card, account, or person.

After submission, a bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or another processor may need additional time to post the credit. That timing is controlled by the provider and commonly takes several business days. We will provide the available refund confirmation if you need to trace it.

The guarantee is designed for genuine customers, not as a way to obtain and retain paid digital assets without payment. We may decline a voluntary refund where there is clear evidence of fraud, repeated purchasing and refunding to reacquire content, redistribution or resale, a material license violation, or a knowingly false claim.

This section does not affect a consumer’s mandatory legal rights. Any decision to decline a voluntary refund will be based on specific circumstances and can be reviewed by contacting support.

Please contact us first when a transaction or refund has a problem. Direct contact is usually the fastest way to locate an order, restore delivery, or submit an eligible refund.

We may provide the payment provider with relevant order, delivery, license, and communication records when responding to a dispute. Opening a dispute may result in temporary suspension of access while the transaction is reviewed. Nothing in this policy prevents you from reporting an unauthorized or incorrect payment or using a remedy available under applicable law or your payment-provider agreement.

This policy may be updated for future purchases when products, processes, or legal requirements change. The policy presented at the time of purchase will continue to govern that purchase unless a later version is more favorable to you or a change is required by law.
