2. Non-Refundable Items (Exceptions)

Please note that certain "add-on" products and limited-time offers are exempt from this 30-day guarantee due to the proprietary nature of the logic and prompts contained within them. The following items are non-refundable:

3. Digital Nature of Product

4. Duplicate Purchases
